Let's be honest. If you had to choose between a root canal and buying a new car, it would probably be a toss up. Well, not at Halladay. Halladay is what a dealership ought to be and every experience I've had has been professional and fair. I would recommend Halladay to anyone, and if you go to GMC, Bryon Miller will treat you great with zero pressure.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Halladay Buick GMC Cadillac. The service is always top notch, and the dealership is warm and inviting. The sales person (Byron) and the General Manager (Shawn) are easy to work with and fair in helping to put a deal together when acquiring a vehicle. The Service Department is also great to work with when our vehicle needs servicing.

I presented a coupon for the oil change and upon completion the coupon was no longer present and I was charged full price for the oil change. Additionally, I asked to have a rear light bulb replaced and was charged for an hours labor for a five minute job.

I feel like the gentleman that diagnosed my vehicle was kinda snoody when he called to let me know how much it would be to fix it. Then I was suppose to be picked up at 245 I ended up calling at 255 to see how long it was going to be for the courtesy vehicle to pick me up and they "forgot" about me. I was on a time sensitive schedule so this really put a bind in it

Sales persons don't know there inventory details. Maintenance overfills tires, and can't even troubleshoot cracked lug nuts... Any serious problems you have, I'd Highly advise a reputable business in Fort Collins. Competence is not something easily found in Cheyenne. Godspeed and good luck.
