Got to my car quickly — no appts available until 7/8, but I dropped it off Friday 6/26 and had it back Monday 6/29. It turned out not to be a complicated repair, and I very much appreciated the speed !

Quick response to all of our questions. Thorough explanations. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Wonderful selection of vehicles. Went over and above to assist - even after the sale. Didn't push or try to lead us in a certain direction. Gave us time to process and come to a decision and supported us both before and after we decided. Since we were out of state, they worked with our timeline to pick up the vehicle.

They were not pushy like other dealerships have been, they were honest about work they could do and could not do, they were patient with me and with them. It was a friendly atmosphere, with no pushing and leaving all the decisions up to me, answering my questions as throughly as possible. Miss Hope did a good job.

Great company to buy a car from Easy transaction and fair negotiation

Welcoming environment both from a physical and staff engagement. Bryon made us feel important and was extremely knowledgeable of the truck we were interested in. The purchasing process was smooth and we felt we were treated with respect and received a great deal. Bryon’s follow up and training on the vehicle’s features was tops. Just purchased a 2021 Yukon from another dealership in Colorado and the check engine light came on. Took my car over to the service center, Nick, Cam and the mechanics were nothing but amazing with their customer service. I dropped my car off 3 days early for my appointment so things didn’t get worse. They got the car looked at In-between appointments diagnosed and had it fixed with quick turn around. Originally I went and rented a car for the duration of the fix and they called me the next day offering me a courtesy vehicle so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. The timing was impeccable especially with the government shutdown and pay checks in question. These two took a stressful situation, having a car with temp tags still on it and already in the shop to making it easy and worry free.

Robert Salazar was our salesman, and we couldn't have felt luckier! He was super knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. We looked at quite a few vehicles and he had patience and a great attitude the entire time! Not to mention, him and the sales manager John worked with us in an incredible way, and got us a plan that fit our needs wonderfully. They've won us over as lifetime clients! We can't wait to deal with them again in the future!

What a fantastic sales experience I just had with Hope here. I'm a rather picky person and I was debating between a truck here and at another dealership. She was completely tolerant of my back and forth as I drove the vehicle I bought several times before I committed. She was patient and informative while not resorting to bashing other brands/dealerships to earn my business. I have nothing but the highest of praises for her and this dealership. The only hiccup was between my definition of window tint and theirs. They were still more than fair and met me at more than halfway on their end. To finish: I will certainly return and highly recommend them.

Fantastic dealership with phenomenal staff. I purchased a Sierra EV, and Colt was extremely helpful throughout the process. Numbers were agreed upon prior to my arrival, all the paperwork was done, and I was in and out quick!

Excellent experience buying a truck here recently.

We travel full time in our RV so making oil change appointments isn't always feasible. The guys in the service center got us worked in for an oil change, washed our truck, and even printed out some attractions to go visit. Absolutely a great experience. 👍

Got my car in right away and didn't even have an appointment. Loved that they offered.

Our Salesman was extremely Professional. He listened to us and showed us exactly what we wanted and did not waste our time.
